The company counts on a department responsible for providing employees with professional qualification and getting new employees adapted to the workplace environment by providing them with knowledge hence,developing required behaviours for a good workplace environment and making them aware of the importance of self-development  and continuous pursuit of improvement.

 

The training program is developed in accordance with the TNS (Training Need Survey) which is made through Performance Evaluation, Relationship Research and Meetings with the company's leaders.

 

The trainings have the following requirements:

  • Schedule;
  • Integration agreement;
  • Didactic material;
  • PPT (Power Point File Format/Extension) Presentation;
  • Response evaluation;
  • Proficiency evaluation.

At the end of each training, Its quality is verified by means of proficiency and response evaluations.

The proficiency evaluation is a written test that covers all contents taught. The student must reach at least 70% of performance in order to be approved.

The response evaluation aims at gathering information about the training, analyzing:

 

  • Instructor;
  • Knowledge about the subject;
  • Content of the course;
  • Auxiliary resources;
  • Organization of the course.

 

The company offers laboratory structured-training rooms with all the necessary equipments.
