The Costing module allows for evaluation of production costs and detection of planning deviations and their causes. It is a powerfull tool for tracking and reduction of all costs involved in the production.
By means of a set of reports that reveal the menu's planned X effective costs by date range and by service, as well as comparative analysis between them, the quantities per capita of the repices can be monitored, avoiding waste and increase of the costs.
Moreover, it offers features that allows you to add indirect costs (salaries, payroll taxes, general taxes) and fixed costs (equipment rents and depreciation) to the value of your services.
There are also features for establishment of cost goals in order to ease results management analysis. The Costing module is a key tool for evaluation of meals viability and detection of deviation points and execution errors causes.
To aid even more your costs control and evaluation capacity, several reports such as the planned X effective supplier and product performance by means of ABC Classification are available in the system, as well as comparative charts for planned X effective quantities per capita control.
