Production Quality

In laboratory environments, it is critical to keep inspection over every stage of the work so as to ensure end-product quality. For that, PharMax system offers a Production Quality management module through which the whole production process can be followed up and any production deviation detected.

With the system, a work-in-process can be interrupted if any failures arise or even prior to its start, since all raw materials also go through Physical, Chemical and Microbiological testing. Other featured functionality in this module is the Raw Material and Finished Product Lot tracking functionality with product expiration information. That allows for a complete traceability for identification of possible problems. The system can also store Supplier Lot information.
