Mônica Tanaka, IT manager at Sodexo, points out the advances obtained with the implementation of TEKNISA's integrated systems.
Used to in-house designed IT solutions, Sodexo took up reformulating its process standards seven years ago with aim at making work processes more straightforward and improving critical information retrieval.
''We replaced the legacy systems by integrated solutions such as SAP ERP, TecFood, Agent2b (front-office) and ForSale (point-of-sales operations). The most significant advance came with the integration of our back-office and front-office departments, which increased efficiency, significantly reduced communication time and benefited the whole internal process chain, in addition to allowing for a great evolution in the overall negotiations'', states Mônica Tanaka.
