Customer Service

Customer Service module covers the entire process of creating flight plans according to meal rotation, passenger forecasts and configuration of each airline's flight services. It allows for an accurate evaluation of meal loads, thus easing flight plan management by production departments. 

With this module, you can configure each aircraft with regard to: number of passengers by travel class, handling services, miscellany and meals to be served, besides providing a full control over flight service loads.

Beyond that, forecasts can be performed with basis on historical data previouly registered and the module can receive them directly from airlines. In addition, it performs full delivery management. 

Based on the flight plans, the system issues several reports for invoicing purposes that can be customized and adapted to each airline.
