Table Management

Table Management module automates the whole work process in restaurants and other establishments that provide table or customer ordering services. With this module, customer orders can readily be taken and tranferred to the production floor, providing more security and agility in customer service and sales operations.

Moreover, it offers standalone EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), touch-screen and pocket PC technologies for you to run your business more smoothly. When working on the web platform, the module will let you keep all cash registers on-line and follow up transactions from a single central station. This stands for easy, streamlined, secure and cost-effective information management.

Table Management's user interface even displays icons, detailed options and data on your services and products. Customer orders can be taken by handheld pocket PCs or microterminals placed in strategic locations of the establishment. Then, orders are automatically printed by non-fiscal printers located in the back of the house, thereby decreasing the flow of staffs throughout the location.

It yet integrates with Production Control module through which order statuses and details can be visualized. In addition, it allows for: table control by environment (smoking area, snack bar, dancing floor, etc.); sorting of products by groups (beverages, appetizers, portions, salads, etc.); integration with several commercial automation peripherals (weight scales, turnstiles, printers, bar code scanners, etc.); several customer payment types, cover charge, minimum consumption, specific service values according to the time of service, sales reporting, staff commission control and  product profitability management, besides work process standardization.
