Teknisa's applications are developed to work on the internet as well as on intranet environments, or any local network. Systems are addressed by means of IP code (internet protocol) and can be operated from any site where there is a link with the internet, upon bandwidth requirements set by Teknisa. 

If there is no internet connection, our applications can be installed on the local computer and all operations are then shared by means of an integration routine feature.

Teknisa works towards convergency of several technologies such as computer, internet, cell phone, mobile devices (PDAs), Digital TV and other electronic devices into only one. The result will be a single technology to operate several types of computers: desktop, palmtop, pocket, cell phones (smartphones, etc.), PDAs (iPod, MP4 and others to come), TV (Digital LCD TV, pocket TVD, etc.).

The basic technology to develop our applications, in the upcoming world next decade, will be the JAVA. This technology is already largely used in several corporate environments and, presently, it has been established as the framework for applications developed worldwide for Digital TV, including Brazil.

That's why Teknisa created, in 2007, a specific R&D department to develop JAVA-based applications. Thus, when this technology becomes part of people and companies' everyday life, Teknisa will be ready to set its solutions available for the market.
